Fourteen separate photographs have been combined into a large panoramic image covering the region of the constellations Cepheus and Cassiopeia. The total exposure time is approximately 170 hours. The panorama was captured over the years 2012–2020.
The image was photographed using multiple optical configurations, including an 11" reflector telescope as well as 200 mm and 300 mm camera lenses.
