The illuminated side of the Moon has been captured as a 52-frame mosaic to achieve high resolution, using a focal length of 9000 mm.
The shadowed side was photographed at 2000 mm focal length with longer exposures.

The final result reflects the dynamic range perceived by the human eye, revealing the faint bluish glow reflected from Earth — Earthshine — on the dark side of the Moon.
